Everything was nice, accommodating staff made our stay very comfortable! We appreciated the good restaurant and the food was outstanding.

Wi-Fi was terrible, made me a little nervous.

Restful stay in the beautiful area. It was clean with very responsive staff. I liked fantastic decor of the standard room. There was exceptionally comfortable bed & a good size bathroom. The accommodation had a beachfront location.

Staff were ready to help and the service was great. Well kept area, very central location. Had cool drinks in the lobby bar.

I loved terrific staff and modern interior. Quiet location, very close to a well-maintained garden. The beach nearby was tidy and the view was absolutely superb! The club penthouse suite was spotless, comfy bed.

i stayed 4 nights and would stay here again when visiting mexico. i loved it, service and food were cool. apart from that, playa was 10 minutes' drive away. outdoor bar and good pool.

The staff was willing to help at any hour and was REALLY POLITE from morning till night. The bed was lovely and it was great having free Wi-Fi, TV and terrace. The view was priceless and breakfast was great.

Seems like a family hotel, managed by a helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant El Templo, no need to go somewhere else. The room was big and very clean: D

We enjoyed our 5-nights stay. Rooms were elegant, with windows opening to garden. Beautiful location, you can walk everywhere. Also, Grand Coral Golf Riviera Maya was max 25 minutes walk to.

The hotel itself was SUPERIOR. Family suite had a mini-bar, a personal safe and a writing table, everything worked for us. We enjoyed the restaurant, where we had our breakfasts. The property is definitely recommended to family.
